Conversion of waste fats into sustainable energy
Mixed fatty acids
for biodiesel
Mixed fatty acids are by-products generated during the processing of plant- and animal-based fats. Instead of being disposed of, these materials can be used as valuable feedstocks for producing high-quality biodiesel. In doing so, we make an active contribution to conserving resources, reducing CO₂ emissions, and supporting a functioning circular economy.

Biodiesel production
In a compact two-stage process, fatty acids with a high proportion of free fatty acids (FFAs) are efficiently converted into high-quality biodiesel – sustainably and without soap formation.
- High yields even with heavily contaminated or mixed fat qualities
- Reduced by-product formation and energy losses
- Economically and ecologically efficient use of waste materials

Circular economy
Fats from gastronomy, industry, and grease separators are processed through our bio-recycling system into mixed fatty acids for biodiesel production. This creates a closed material cycle that combines ecological responsibility with economic value – turning waste into fuel.
